I love the shows and the designs but what I really want to know if 'how the ef can I do this myself??!" Anyways, expletives aside, spotted these gorgeous peplum skirts in the Marc Jacobs and Preen NYFW shows and was immediately inspired to DIY. I am in the middle of making one as we speak so you'll see it shortly. How would you make yours?
