DIY Scarf Skirt

Is this another DIYed skirt made out of a scarf? Love love love the colours. Get a gorgeous scarf, wrap it around and go - although make sure to secure it properly, or at least wear some cute knickers you wouldn't be embarrassed being seen in on their own....
