rick owens, paris fall fashion week 2009

For the past year I would have probably sacrificed a lamb (yes, a cute, fluffy one) to get my poor little hands on a Rick Owens leather jacket, so of course I went nuts over his fall 2009 collection. The looks went from moody, angst-ridden, and gothic to moody, angst-ridden, and ice queen. He stuck with what works - asymmetric hems, futuristic, and slouchy, slouchy, slouchy - and I ate it up completely (like I'd probably eat the lamb after sacrificing it).
